Tattoo Questions

  • What are your hours of operation

    We are open to the public Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 6pm. You are welcome to come by and take a look at our portfolios, although  a consultation appointment is needed to speak with a artist.

  • How do I go about making an appointment

         - You can stop by the shop and talk to one of our staff

         -Give us a call at 250-862-8282

         -Email us at

         - Message us on our Facebook page

  • How much do you charge

    Our shop rates are;

         - $100/min for anything under an hour

         - $150/hr for anything an hour or more

  • Do I need to have a deposit when I make a tattoo appointment

    Yes, a minimum deposit of $100 is required. A larger deposit may be required for larger work, such as back pieces and sleeves. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will carry through to your last appointment and will come off the final cost of the tattoo. Please note the artist will not start any drawing for designs until a deposit is paid.

  • What happens if I can not make my appointment

    We have a 48 hr cancellation policy. No show for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If you have a habit of being late or canceling your appointments, we may cancel future bookings or ask you to prepay for each session. Please do not make appointments that you are unsure you can keep.

  • Is there anything I can do to prepare for my tattoo

    Make sure that you eat properly before your appointment, low blood sugar and tattooing don't mix well. Bring a snack and come well rested. Please come to your appointment showered and clean.

  • Are there any body areas or images you won't tattoo

    We will only tattoo necks, hands or knuckles if you are already heavily tattooed. We will not tattoo anyone's face under ANY circumstances. We will also not tattoo anything that perpetuates prejudice.

  • Is there anyone that you won't tattoo

    We don't tattoo pregnant/breast feeding women, people under the age of 18 ( even with parental consent). Please note that we will not tattoo anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Can I see my design before my appointment

    Due to an extremely busy working schedule, we're unable to provide a copy of final artwork prior to the session.
    With proper consultation, and if you have taken the time to look at your artists previous work, you should be satisfied that your tattoo artist is the right person for the job, and will make sure they have something you will like ready for you on the day.

  • Can I use numbing cream

    Certain numbing creams will clog your pores and we do not recommend using it. However we do carry a brand of numbing cream that is designed for the tattoo industry. Consult with your artist beforehand as some artists prefer not to work with numbing creams.

  • How long will it take to heal my tattoo.

    On average it should take 2-3 weeks for your tattoo to fully heal. If you have questions about the healing of your tattoo, please come in and see us.

  • Do I need I.D ( Identification)

    Yes. Government Issue photo identification is required for every appointment. Such as;

         - Drivers Licence

         - Government Identification Cards

         - Passport
